Northville, MI (PRWEB) May 09, 2013
Michigan driver’s license attorney Mark Langschied recently announced he is now providing clients with a new license restoration guarantee. The new guarantee states that Attorney Langschied will restore his clients’ driver’s license or he will waive the attorney fee at the next hearing.
According to Michigan law, if an individual receives two or more drinking and driving convictions within seven years, they are subject to driver’s license revocation. Attorney Mark Langschied helps people restore their driving privileges resulting from drunk and drugged driving charges.
“If my clients’ driving privileges are not restored, I will handle a second hearing for them and will not charge an attorney fee,” explained Michigan driver's license restoration lawyer Mark Langschied.
In order to reinstate driving privileges, an administrative appeal must be filed and pursued through the Administrative Hearings Section of the Michigan Secretary of State. An administrative hearing officer will then review all submitted evidence, consider testimony from the petitioner and witnesses, and decide if driving privileges will be reinstated.
The individual seeking license restoration must prove an extended period of abstinence, motivation to drive safely and within the law, minimal risk of additional DUIs, and that substance issues are presently controlled and will remain controlled into the future.
“Many individuals thinking about pursuing driver’s license reinstatement in Michigan are intimidated by the legal process and concerned that the outcome may not be favorable,” said Attorney Langschied. “The guarantee provides my clients with peace of mind moving forward with their driver’s license case.”
