The Ty Louis Campbell foundation announced today it has launched a campaign to help finance their efforts to support Childhood Cancer research by offering a series of Signature Series designs in honor of their son Ty Louis Campbell who fell to cancer at the age of 5.
In partnership with BYOU, a lifestyle brand designed to build the self-esteem of children and women, a number of designs have been created and will be for sale for a 2-week period @ http://www.BeYourOwnYou.org with $7.00 from every sale going to the TLC Foundation a volunteer- run foundation with a mission to fund innovative research and clinical trials specifically geared toward the treatment of the deadliest childhood cancers (including brain and spinal cord tumors).
The items bearing the Signature Series designs will be sold and for every item $7.00 will be donated to the Foundation. Items include: t-shirts, sweat pants, sweat shirts, greeting cards, and tote bags. The B-A Puddle Jumper and Super Ty designs are meant to remind parents to "let your kids jump in a puddle" because soon they'll be all grown up and will see the dirty clothes and wet shoes as nothing but a nuisance as well as bring awareness that "kids get Cancer too".
