Ms. Richardson has close to ten years of industry specific project management experience where she has been described as a highly detail oriented professional with strong communication skills in a wide array of scenarios. Her broad knowledge of the industry has enabled her to deal extensively with customers where she has thrived in customer relation and retention management. Previously, Brandy held positions of increasing responsibility at Troutman Sanders, Mckenna Long & Aldridge, Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton and most recently at FTI Consulting.

Ms. Richardson’s background includes a Bachelor of Behavioral Science Degree with an emphasis in Psychology/Criminal Justice, Paralegal Certificate, Certified Legal Assistance Certification, Certified Litigation Support Professional Certification, Casesoft Support Certification, Kroll Electronic Discovery Certification and she is currently pursuing her Project Management Professional certification (PMP). She is also a member of National Association of Legal Assistants, Women in EDiscovery and Project Manager Institute. Her knowledge is supported by certifications, courses taken throughout her professional career and the utilization of these skills during employment.
