"The GCN Awards recognize technology projects and project teams that have had an extraordinary impact on the ability of agencies to improve the performance of their services to the public," said Paul McCloskey, Editor-in-Chief of GCN. "I expect the nominations will reflect key shifts in the technology landscape and the creative ways government agencies have taken advantage of those changes in the past year."
