Everyone wanted to participate, and help other pets find loving homes. I think it’s because our pets have enriched our own lives so much.

Wichita, KS (PRWEB) May 11, 2013

RepairLabs, an online express-ship electronics device center announces its partnership with Best Friends Animal Society, through its charitable donation program, Operation HERO. RepairLabs began Op:HERO with the mission to provide their customers with an easy and inexpensive charitable giving option that would empower them to make a positive impact. They aim to fulfill this mission by helping homeless pets with their inclusion of Best Friends Animal Society in their donation Program.

Best Friends Animal Society is a charity dedicated to creating a future where there are no more homeless pets. To that end they run the largest animal sanctuary in the nation, located in Utah, and sponsor many educational and logistical initiatives that have significantly reduced the number of shelter animals destroyed in certain areas. They continue to expand across the nation and provide guidance and support for similar programs.

RepairLabs has long been a pet-friendly business, with CEO, Sean Hennessy’s dog, Axis, accompanying him to the office nearly every day, along with visits from the various other animals belonging to the staff. “The whole office has been really excited about this partnership,” says DJ Dixon, Content and Community Director, “Everyone wanted to participate, and help other pets find loving homes. I think it’s because our pets have enriched our own lives so much.” RepairLabs has created a dedicated page on their website to feature and promote the work of Best Friends. The page features photographs of RepairLabs staff with their animals.

“We wanted to start a program that used our strengths,” says Jason Draper, RepairLabs Webmaster, “so we designed a web donation program. I love it that we can use our skills to help animals find great forever homes.”
