Launching today with the goal of democratizing rich enterprise communications, Collaaj, Inc. announced the immediate availability of its platform to enable enterprise customers, partners and colleagues to quickly, easily and securely create and share videos incorporating whiteboard drawings, screen recordings, documents, camera and voice. Collaaj’s service is built on the cloud so videos can be shared with a simple URL and consumed anytime via a browser. Content creation apps are supported on iPad, Mac and PC.
Collaaj was co-founded by entrepreneur and former Citrix executive, Kiran Kamity, and video and imaging expert, Aditya Kadambi, when they recognized the potential for video to transform how teams function within the enterprise. They also saw an enormous opportunity to speed up enterprise training and sales cycles, decrease support call volumes, and increase customer satisfaction as videos become an integral part of enterprise collateral.

Collaaj PC and Mac users can talk through documents, presentations or anything on the screen, while iPad users can talk through whiteboard drawings. In a few simple clicks, content is transformed into a video that can be shared via email or an enterprise social network. Videos can automatically be published to sales, support or other channels also powered by Collaaj. Additionally, it complements cloud storage, sales, support, and social collaboration platforms, as Collaaj recordings can be easily uploaded or embedded into numerous services.

At launch, Collaaj offers three cloud-based products – Free, Pro and Business. Its Basic service is free, while the Pro level enables longer videos and more storage. At $4.99 per month, Collaaj Pro is ideally suited for customers who want to move beyond a two-minute video. The Business version, priced at $15 per user per month, is designed for enterprises. Collaaj Business makes it simple to manage a team of users under one account; it includes channels for organizing content under one portal and sharing across teams.
