Washington, DC (PRWEB) May 15, 2013
SyncDog, Inc., a mobile security company focused on delivering risk management solutions to enterprises, announced today that it has merged to become a part of IntegriCell Group, Inc. The merger is the first of several strategic technology investments that IntegriCell is making to deliver enhanced mobile security technologies to enterprise customers around the world. “The SyncDog technologies will form the foundation of IntegriCell’s information correlation system which enterprises can rely on to get better intelligence regarding the risks that mobile devices face,” said Aaron Turner, Chief Security Officer and founder of IntegriCell.
“IntegriCell’s reputation as a leader in the mobile security services market provides an excellent opportunity to accelerate SyncDog’s adoption among enterprises and government customers,” said Jonas Gyllensvaan, president and founder of SyncDog. “I’m excited about the potential to change the way enterprises measure security risks that impact mobile devices and also serve as an architect to tie future IntegriCell technologies together into a unified platform.” After the merger was finalized, Mr. Gyllensvaan was named Chief Technology Officer of the IntegriCell Group.
SyncDog is a correlation system which allows enterprise administrators to combine information from server and device logs. Once the information is available for analysis, administrators can select various risk management levels for each mobile device that is connected to their enterprise’s infrastructure. The system is available as an extension to ArcSight or Nitro Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platforms or as a stand-alone SIEM system for those without a SIEM deployment.
