Casinos like The Venetian® and The Palazzo® Las Vegas will benefit from Mobile Enrollment's intuitive platform to help create better guest experiences.

San Diego, CA (PRWEB) May 16, 2013

The Venetian® and The Palazzo® Las Vegas have installed and launched Playersoft Technologies’ Mobile Enrollment system to streamline player club sign-ups throughout The Venetian and The Palazzo. The Mobile Players Club Sign Up system will allow casino team members to enroll new guests in the Grazie Loyalty Program anywhere on the resort property utilizing an iPhone or iPod Touch, putting a loyalty club card in the hands of guests in a matter of seconds.

“The Grazie loyalty program celebrates our guests by offering rewards for not only playing in our casinos, but for staying in our suites, dining and shopping as well,” said John Caparella, president and chief operating officer of The Venetian, The Palazzo, and Sands Expo. “Playersoft’s mobile enrollment technology will make it easier for our guests to sign up for Grazie from anywhere on the casino floor, and start earning points immediately.”

Mobile Enrollment’s open design interface can operate with any casino player tracking system, transforming the sign-up process from several minutes at a club booth to just a few seconds anywhere on the casino floor. This results in added convenience and an enhanced level of service for the resort guest.

“The advances in mobile technology have finally made mobile sign-up possible. Casino operators, like The Venetian, which have such a variety of offerings on their casino floor, will benefit from the emergence of this capability as it allows them to reach out to players right at their favorite machine or table,” said Tony de Leon, president of Playersoft. “Since the launch of Mobile Enrollment, we’ve received great interest and response from casinos all over the country, but being added to the casino operation of such a prominent property on the Las Vegas Strip is truly exciting for us.”

Utilization of an iPhone or iPod Touch makes the entire system small, lightweight and easy for any team member to carry. The Playersoft application is highly intuitive, making it fast and easy to use. The increased efficiency and improvements in customer service, along with 100% data accuracy make this a must have for any resort operator. “We’ve been casino operators ourselves and we know the importance of making the casino player’s visit convenient and hassle free,” said de Leon. “Mobile Enrollment was designed specifically to do that by streamlining the enrollment process, but it also benefits improved data accuracy during the sign up process and profitability in a number of ways.”

Mobile Enrollment also features an offline mode allowing team members to reach out to players at offsite events, adding even greater reach for new player acquisition and furthering the player’s experience which creates a positive impression of the level of service the casino is willing to provide.

Playersoft Technologies was established with a mission to help casino operators improve the players gaming experience, increase player retention and profitability.
