Leading executive search firm Stephen-Bradford Search is pleased to announce the promotion of Managing Director Linda Schaler to President of the organization. Ms. Schaler, who worked with several prominent advertising agencies prior to joining Stephen Bradford in 2001, will continue to be responsible for leading the firm’s Advertising/Media and Marketing practices, as well.

Several other members of the firm have also acquired new titles, including Elyse Barbell, who was named Chief Operating Officer. Barbell will also continue to uphold her role of managing Stephen-Bradford’s robust Non-Profits practice. Before entering the firm in 2012, she enjoyed notable success as Executive Director of the Literacy Assistance Center.
In addition, Senior Director Joan Segal has been promoted to Managing Director of Market Research, Shopper Marketing & Promotions. Nannette Willner and Susan Baron have also been promoted to Managing Director of the Beauty & Luxury Brands practice and Managing Director of Media & Emerging Technology, respectively.
