Jason has more experience helping people who might be using fiberglass, wood or another material get a better result by moving those parts into plastic.
Ontario, CA (PRWEB) May 15, 2013
Today custom plastics manufacturer Ray Products announced the hiring of Jason Middleton as the company's vice president of sales and development.
"Jason understands plastics molding, and the process of converting non-plastic parts into better alternatives," said Brian Ray, Ray Products President. "His hands-on approach and experience will be a great asset to our customers."
Middleton sees his position at Ray Products as an opportunity to build on a strong foundation.
"I'm joining a company that's already invested in the technology and people they need to lead the thermoforming industry," he explained. "I'll be working to match up their capabilities with customers who can really benefit from them, and make sure those customers have a great experience working with our company."
Middleton has been in the plastics manufacturing industry since 2001. He joins Ray Products at its Ontario, California headquarters, coming from a position as sales manager at Preproduction Plastics Inc., another Southern California plastics manufacturer. During his time at Preproduction Plastics, Middleton helped the company grow to more than double its annual sales.
"Traditionally, we've focused on helping people find the right plastics manufacturing process for their project,” said Ray. “Jason has more experience helping people who might be using fiberglass, wood or another material get a better result by moving those parts into plastic."
Middleton will work to help the company both achieve, and manage growth.
"My job isn't to just add numbers to the bottom line," explained Middleton. "It's to find the right customers, to be an educational resource that helps them choose the right plastics manufacturing process and help them experience the reputation for quality that Ray Products has earned over the last 64 years."
