Aerify Media, a mobile media company, announced today the appointment of Steve Woolway as chief revenue officer. Woolway will oversee the company’s sales, business development, account management and operations, and will lead the rollout of new Aerify mobile offerings targeting developers and publishers.
A 15-year marketing veteran, Woolway comes to Aerify from Mediaocean, the largest independent advertising technology company, where he served as vice president, sales and business development. During his tenure at Mediaocean, Woolway headed sales of agency systems and led the creation of their Publisher Solutions Group, identifying new markets for the company. Prior to Mediaocean, Woolway led demand-side partnerships as director of business development at Right Media, the first ad exchange platform, now part of Yahoo!.
