Vital Support Systems announced today they have signed a three-year contract with Pella Corporation to provide ReliaCloud. As a virtualized, outsourced production server environment, ReliaCloud™ becomes the new host location for Pella’s global, customer-facing website, pella.com. Vital is also implementing all of the Cisco technologies for Pella.
“Once we selected Cisco, we chose Vital as the partner of choice and their ReliaCloud service as the platform to host our global website,” said Jim Thomas, director of IT Operations at Pella. “We wanted a partner with deep technical knowledge of Cisco and the resources to implement new solutions. We had a seamless integration. And just knowing Vital has the Master UC Certification gives us confidence in the support they can provide.”
Since integrating the Vital and Cisco solutions, Pella has received great feedback from their customers. Thomas adds, “Everything we do is focused on our customers. Since making the transition, our customer satisfaction ratings for our call center have increased by more than five percentage points.”
In addition to ReliaCloud and integrating Cisco solutions, Vital is also providing staff augmentation and managed services for Pella. From enterprise Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), to contact center solutions, collaboration tools (e.g., WebEx, Instant Messenger), data center, wireless LAN and more, Vital is playing a critical role in nearly all of Pella’s IT infrastructure.
