Bigstep, the London based subsidiary of Hostway Corporation, a leading provider of cloud hosting and managed services, reached a new high in the monthly Netcraft Top 10 of the most reliable hosting company sites. For the second time in a row, Netcraft acknowledged Bigstep for its uptime and connection, this time as the fourth most reliable provider in the world.
Bigstep has made its debut in the top in April this year, being ranked seventh, after it was monitored for the first time by the well-known and respected authority that measures industry performance rates. The first month that Bigstep was monitored was also its first month in the prestigious top 10.
The company’s recognition is based on the lowest number of failed requests - 0.009% - and a connection time of 0.071ms.
The newcomer Bigstep is ranked above famous companies that haven’t reached top 10 this month: Rackspace, GoDaddy.com Inc, Netcetera, UK2.net.

Netcraft measures and makes available the response times of forty leading hosting company websites. The performance measurements are made at fifteen minute intervals from separate points around the internet, and averages are calculated over the immediately preceding 24 hour period.
