Hartwell, Georgia (PRWEB) June 17, 2013

In 2013 Forge Consulting celebrates ten years of settlement planning. Forge's team and expansive network of partners have worked together with attorneys, plaintiffs, and judges to change the direction of the settlement planning industry. They have built a national financial advisory firm that serves plaintiffs, providing predictable, customized solutions for individuals, families, foundations, and institutions. By specializing in government benefit planning like Medicare and Medicaid compliance requirements for personal injury, workers compensation, and taxable damage cases, Forge has coordinated professionals and services in the insurance, trust, cash management, investment advisory, estate planning and healthcare industries to serve all needs of those that have been injured.

Forge founded Advocacy Wealth Management, an SEC-registered investment advisory firm, in 2007 to provide money management in the field of litigation. The resounding success of AWM led to the creation of Advocacy Wealth Trust in 2013, an OCC Chartered Trust Company focusing on special needs and litigation based trust services as a division of CertusBank N.A. In addition, Forge created Advocacy Trust Solutions, which manages a national network of vetted corporate and private fiduciaries including pooled trusts to serve all settlement planning trust areas.

Forge CEO, Spooner Phillips: “Since our founding in 2003, Forge has worked tirelessly to be an advocate for plaintiffs and those that represent them to serve their needs within the settlement planning industry. Over the past 10 years, we have built a comprehensive network of planners, partners, and services that is unparalleled in our field. We appreciate the trust that our clients have placed in us which has enabled us to grow and become the standard for settlement planning and look forward to continuing to serve our clients.” Forge’s partnership includes; Spooner Phillips, CEO and Founder; Charles Schell, Principal and Founder; Cory Phillips, Principal and Settlement Consultant; and Michael Gunn, Principal and Settlement Consultant.
