With that in mind, Advanta IRA is providing a continuing education class for realtors on June 19th at the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors (GTAR) Auditorium in Tampa. "The class outlines the tremendous opportunity that self-directed IRAs present for investors, as well as the potential pitfalls of such investments, and how the world of self-directed IRAs can strengthen client relationships and help establish a broader client base," says Jack Callahan, Managing Partner of Advanta IRA Services.
During this three hour continuing education class, realtors will learn about the basic types of retirement plans, with a special emphasis on accounts that can benefit the real estate professional in particular. Attendees will receive three hours of continuing education credits. Advanta IRA will not charge members of GTAR a fee for this seminar, but there may be a nominal charge for individuals who are not members of the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors (GTAR).
