Tom Kleeman, MD Launches MDfitness, The Doctor’s Workout

After studying exercise and physiology in clinical practice for over 35 years, Dr. Kleeman and his wife Anne created MDfitness. Anne’s extensive experience in the health and fitness industry and deep-rooted passion for total well-being drove the couple to create a program for men and women over age 45, much like themselves, who want to feel 10 years younger.

It has even been shown that with exercise, you can actually reverse the aging process and make yourself biologically up to 10 years younger.

Bedford, NH (PRWEB) June 12, 2013

Tom Kleeman, MD, nationally-renowned orthopaedic surgeon, with Anne Talbot-Kleeman, RN and Certified Fitness Professional, have launched a revolutionary new workout video: MDfitness, The Doctor’s Workout. This unique exercise program is unlike the extreme workouts geared towards those looking for a “beach body.” MDfitness was developed to help participants maintain a healthy, active lifestyle, even as they age.

This safe, effective, full-body exercise program can also assist in the prevention of health issues, such as cardiovascular disease, Alzheimer's disease, depression, diabetes, as well as breast and colon cancer. Exercise has been shown to assist in the treatment of all these and more, but many people struggle with what exercises work best and how much time to spend to get the necessary results. Tom and Anne have taken the guesswork out by creating The Doctor's Workout.

“I tried several workout programs, but found they took so long, that I just couldn't fit them into my schedule. I also concluded the target audience of most workout videos was actually between 20 and 30. I wasn't looking for a six-pack of abs; I just wanted a better quality of life. In the end, I decided if I couldn't find the perfect workout, I would create it. I drew on my training in orthopaedics and exercise physiology at Yale University as well as my experience in research and clinical practice in the formation of this program,” says Dr. Kleeman.

Eager to share their research, Anne further explains, “It has even been shown that with exercise, you can actually reverse the aging process and make yourself biologically up to 10 years younger.” Thus was born MDfitness, The Doctor’s Workout.
