Stock Construction has announced two model home sales within the village of Mahogany Bend, located in the master-planned community of Fiddler's Creek.
Recently sold, the professionally furnished and decorated model homes include the Muirfield II and the Ponte Vedra II.

A third floor plan, the Riviera II, is available in the village of Mahogany Bend. The Riviera II is the third home under construction in Mahogany Bend, and will offer buyers a move-in ready home once completed. The Riviera II is priced from $739,990 plus home site, options and upgrades.
With 53 single family home sites, Mahogany Bend offers buyers both golf course and water views. Currently, nine home sites are still available in Mahogany Bend.
