San Antonio, TX (PRWEB) June 13, 2013

On the heels of the recent acquisition of 287 acres of the Johnson Ranch community, Lennar San Antonio has purchased Covington Capital’s San Antonio portfolio of residential land assets. The portfolio includes over 800 home sites in three communities: Potranco Run, the Heights of Cibolo and Alamo Ranch – Santa Maria.

Potranco Run is a gated community on the far west side of San Antonio located among rolling hills west of State Highway 211 on Potranco Road. Potranco Run is a community that’s perfect for growing families. Existing amenities include: a pool, pavilion, a park with a playscape, walking trails and picnic tables. Lennar is scheduled to be open for sales this summer with two distinct product offerings. Home prices will start in the upper $100,000’s.

The Heights of Cibolo will be Lennar’s second community on FM 1103 in Cibolo. The community is only two miles east of IH-35 at the intersection of FM 1103 and Green Valley Road, providing convenient access to IH-35. The community’s family-friendly amenities include a pavilion with a pool, a 2.3-acre park with a playscape, and an abundance of open space for kids to play. Lennar is scheduled to be open for sales this summer, with home prices starting in the low $200,000’s.

In Alamo Ranch – Santa Maria, Lennar will have two distinct product offerings. This community is nestled in an attractive, secluded area of Alamo Ranch that will include 379 homes when completed. The community is beautifully landscaped with an abundance of native trees, yet conveniently located near major retail and employment centers. Lennar is scheduled to be open for sales in the spring of 2014, with home prices starting in the mid $200,000’s.

“We look forward to offering even more options for those looking to live in Cibolo or the Far West Side,” David Grove, Lennar San Antonio Division President, said. “These communities offer many amenities that families can immediately enjoy upon move in and are located in well-regarded school districts.”
