NexxLinx, a Business Processing and Business Transformation Outsourcer (BPO/BTO) headquartered in Atlanta, announced today that it has entered into a strategic partnership with SaviLinx, a call center outsourcing firm focused primarily on the federal market.

SaviLinx is an economically disadvantaged contact center business established to provide services to both governments and commercial entities. Headquartered in a location previously occupied by the Brunswick Naval Air Station in Brunswick, Maine, the company will begin training in May, with production work starting in June. SaviLinx expects to employ 100 people in Brunswick before the end of the year.

According to SaviLinx CEO Heather Blease, “We anticipate special access to two U.S. Small Business Administration programs giving preferential contract consideration to businesses established at closed military bases and businesses owned by women. Being located in a HUB Zone, we also have the advantage of qualifying for certain government set-asides when competing for contracts.”
