Alfresco, the open platform for business-critical content management and collaboration, today announced two new appointments to its management team. Both Paul St. John and Paul Warenski join the company as Alfresco’s global business accelerates.
St. John brings more than 15 years of sales and operations experience in national and international markets. Warenski has deep experience preparing technology companies for public offerings and managing global legal operations. Both executives will be located in the company’s new Silicon Valley office.

Prior to Alfresco, St. John ran sales and operations for Riverbed in northeast Europe. He was also regional manager for EMC in the Nordics and East Europe and before that worked with EMC Software Group (Documentum) both in the US and Europe.
Warenski previously served as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of ServiceSource International, a global provider of cloud applications and services for recurring-revenue management, where he led the Company’s initial public offering. He also served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at SaaS provider Intraware and enterprise software company Commerce One, both of which were publicly traded. Paul received his law degree from the University of California and holds a Master's Degree from the London School of Economics.
