I. Registration & Submission Guidelines:

Recipe submissions should be comprised based on the following concepts:
a. Recipes should follow the guidelines of The Thyroid Solution Diet.
b. Recipes can be submitted to either the lunch or the dinner category or to both.
c. There is no limit to how many recipes each individual can submit.
II. Originality and Rights: By submitting your recipe, you promise that the recipe you submit is your own creation, although you are welcome to be inspired by other recipes.
III. Submission Criteria:
a. Recipes must be submitted by 11:59 PM CST July 20, 2013 via the following:

ANY PATIENT INFORMATION, LAB RESULTS, QUESTIONS REGARDING TREATMENT OR OTHER INFORMATION NOT PERTAINING TO THE RECIPE CONTEST WILL NOT BE VIEWED.
IV. Prize: There will be two winners (one for the lunch category and one for the dinner category). Each winner will receive an Apple iPad Mini 16 GB.”
