Based on Xactly’s strong business, employee satisfaction and thriving culture, the Bay Area News Group named Xactly Corp. to its list of Top Workplaces for the second year in a row.
Bay Area News Group, which owns the San Jose Mercury News, ranked Xactly as one of the top 10 small businesses to work for in the Bay Area on its 2013 list. The small business category encompasses companies employing 250 people or less and winners were selected based on employee feedback on working conditions, direction, execution, career opportunities, managers and benefits. The survey also took into account community involvement, health and wellness, hiring and expansion.
“Xactly was founded on the belief that when companies incent right they decrease risk, align behaviors and goals, both which result in increasing company performance. Winning this award for the second year in a row shows that our employees believe in our vision and demonstrates that our culture goes well beyond words written on a wall or website” said Christopher W. Cabrera, founder, president and CEO of Xactly Corporation. “This award says we practice what we preach and are dedicated to fostering a culture that engages our people and motivates them to perform at their best.”
This is the latest recognition honoring Xactly’s positive workplace and employee culture. Most recently, Great Places to Work featured Xactly as one of the top 25 small workplaces in the nation in FORTUNE Magazine, and the Wall Street Journal named Xactly to its “Next Big Thing” list for the past two years.
