One of my Patients, Ryan, is a decorated combat Marine suffering with post-traumatic stress disorder. It cost him his first marriage and almost his sanity and his life. Ryan learned how to release the negative energy to become the man he deserved.

What can help you lose weight, quit smoking, sleep better and become more organized? For more than 20 years, Dr. Marty Lerman has used hypnotherapy to help clients make positive changes in their lives.
Hypnosis is a trance state involving deep mental relaxation, coupled with the power of suggestion. Mindshift, by Dr. Marty Lerman, is about how the general public can improve their health and well being by learning to access the unconscious mind. Lerman discusses how he has positively impacted thousands of lives by teaching people to use their intuition, creativity and imagination to foster positive change.
“My clients who have participated in hypnotherapy experienced desired results in far fewer sessions than those receiving traditional psychotherapy,” says Lerman. “The vast majority of these clients required no medications and those who were taking prescriptions often experienced their physicians greatly reducing the dosage levels or completely stopping the medications entirely.”
Mindshift is a collection of real stories about people who learned how to access their unconscious minds in ways they did not initially believe possible. They learned how to tap into their creativity and imagination as they mastered trusting their intuition.
These clients experienced behavior changes such as the elimination of phobias, staying focused at work and changes in overall attitude and more. Lerman explains that hypnosis can also be used to foster positive health and lifestyle changes such as weight loss, major stress reduction and improved sexual performance. Mindshift is a roadmap to unlocking the unconscious mind and making unprecedented life changes.
