Toronto, Ontario (PRWEB) June 20, 2013
As a follow-up to its Small Membership Insight Survey, membership software company Wild Apricot is conducting a supplemental survey to help identify and share needs that are unique to both the central offices and chapters or affiliates of large organizations.
“Through this Multi-Chapter Benchmarking Survey we hope to identify key strengths, pains and bottlenecks involved in a multi-chapter environment. We also want to establish benchmarks and highlight some best practices in multi-chapter management,” notes Wild Apricot’s CEO and Chief Apricot, Dimitry Buterin.
The online survey will focus solely on organizations that have multiple chapters, branches or affiliates. The questionnaire hopes to uncover insight from both the central (or top level) organization, along with their chapters or affiliates, on topics such as:
– data management and transmission between chapters and central organizations
– information flow between chapters, central organizations and members
– whether chapter and central organization functions and services overlap
– critical areas where chapters and the central organization need to collaborate
Who should participate in this survey?
Wild Apricot hopes the staff members and volunteers of organizations that have multiple chapters, branches or affiliates will participate in the survey.
Individuals who complete the survey can register to receive the full survey report which will offer insight to help participants benchmark against their peers and identify best practices for multi-chapter organizations.
