Park Avenue Fertility, a leading Connecticut fertility clinic, has expanded their practice with the addition of embryology and andrology services. With already impressive IVF pregnancy rates, this expansion promises even greater patient success levels. Dr. Bryan Kloos, PhD, TS, brings his experience in embryology to their Connecticut IVF clinic, while Dr. Jennifer Hu, BGS, MS, will lead the advanced andrology services. Park Avenue Fertility is known for their personalized one-on-one care where patients are individually attended to by Dr. Andrew Levi rather than cycled through a network of doctors during treatment. These additional services will allow greater patient care.

Dr. Bryan Kloos, PhD, TS, the former lead embryologist at the prestigious Fertility Centers of New England located in Massachusetts, will be providing his expertise, helping patients to achieve a successful IVF treatment. The study of embryology focuses on testing both sperm and eggs to ensure healthy, viable embryos for implantation during in vitro fertilization. The embryologist may perform assisted zone hatching to improve implantation rate as well as review embryo quality before implantation.

Dr. Jennifer Hu, BGS, MS, formerly connected with Cornell Center for Reproductive Medicine and Infertility in New York City, will be heading Park Avenue Fertility’s advanced andrology services. Andrology is the study of male fertility and reproductive health. An andrologist can provide diagnosis and treatment to males experiencing infertility such as low sperm count, irregular shaped sperm, restricted movement (motility), or impotence. Appropriate treatments can greatly improve IVF and Intrauterine insemination (IUI).

Along with impressive IVF treatments, and the new partnership of Dr. Kloos and Dr. Hu, Park Avenue offers a host of additional services to help patients achieve their fertility desires: egg cryopreservation, ovulation induction, natural cycle “green” IVF, and comprehensive chromosome screening or preimplantation genetic diagnosis before IVF. During treatment patients and Dr. Andrew Levi will determine which procedures will best meet their needs.
