The keynote speaker for this year’s conference is Josh Bernoff, an expert at inspiring innovation and productivity in the workplace. As the senior vice president of idea development at Forrester Research, Inc., and co-author of “Empower: Unleash Your Employees, Energize Your Customers, and Transform Your Business,” Mr. Bernoff offers decades of hands-on expertise on how to maximize business advantage by harnessing organizational resources, deploying creative strategies, and turning everyday employees into highly empowered and resourceful operatives—HEROes.

Register by July 20 to take advantage of the early-bird rate of $399. The registration fee covers all of the conference activities and scheduled meals, from the Tuesday evening reception through the end of the event. An additional day of jump-start training is available for an extra fee of $100.
