The acquisition expands Construction Journal’s footprint into Ohio and Michigan.

The acquisition of Construction News Corporation follows Construction Journal’s previous acquisitions of Works in Progress in South Burlington, Vermont and Construction Bulletin in Jacksonville, Florida.
