Philadelphia, PA (PRWEB) April 26, 2013
Wysebridge Patent Bar Review, the industry leader in providing detailed and personalized study materials for the Patent Bar Exam, has released the latest updates to their study materials online. Included in these materials, are comprehensive and focused guides outlining and explaining the changes to patent law with the passage of the America Invents Act (AIA) and the impact on the USPTO patent bar exam, which went into effect on April 2nd. The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) patent bar exam is the nationally administered examination that is required of anyone seeking to become a patent attorney or patent agent.
Test takers across the country have been growing more and more concerned over the changes that went into place on April 2nd on the patent bar exam involving the AIA updates. Adding more confusion and frustration to the mix, the USPTO has limited the freedom by which test-takers can discuss the information seen and known about the exam. This, taken from the USPTO website, lays out the restrictions:
"Anyone taking the registration examination is expressly prohibited from disclosing, publishing, reproducing, or transmitting the content, or substantially similar content, of the examination, in whole or in part, in any form or by any means, verbal or written, electronic or mechanical, for any purpose. Beginning April 2, 2013, at each test site, every applicant will be required to enter into a non-disclosure agreement as a condition to sitting for the examination."
In order to meet the needs of test takers, Wysebridge developed a comprehensive study suite of materials, that allows individuals to read short, concise, and focused summaries of the patent law updates. Along with this, Wysebridge released a database of practice questions, that is continually being updated, to allow individuals to test their comprehension of the AIA rules and regulations.
"I 100% feel these Wysebridge materials are worth the price, especially considering what your other options are," said one test taker who passed the exam using Wysebridge Patent Bar Reviews materials. "I had already spent over $3,000 on other study materials and failed, and wish I had found Wysebridge from the onset. These resources are indispensable for passing the exam...and the AIA materials are amazing."
