Greensboro, NC (PRWEB) June 12, 2013

ma Cares, a local non-profit 501©(3) that exists to improve the quality of life for children, families, veterans and animals, is teaming up with numerous Ruby Tuesday restaurants in the Piedmont Triad region for a benefit next week.

The local community is invited to dine at Ruby Tuesday restaurants on Wednesday, June 19 as part of the Ruby Tuesday Community GiveBack Program, which offers organizations a way to raise money for specific needs. On that day, three Ruby Tuesday restaurants will donate 20 percent of all proceeds to ma Cares when patrons mention ma Cares by name.

“We are grateful to Ruby Tuesday for their support not only of ma Cares and our causes, but for their continued commitment to area charities and organizations,” said Brandi Quinn, president of ma Cares.

The Ruby Tuesday locations taking part in this benefit are:

Greensboro – Deep River Corporate Center, 7611 Thorndike Road (336-841-0066)

Winston-Salem – 3320 Silas Creek Parkway, Suite 2238 (336-765-5525)

Clemmons – Westwood Village Road, 6412 Sessions Ct (336-766-3463)

ma Cares supports organizations that focus on children, animals, veterans, families and disease research and/or prevention including Earlier.org, Pathways, and Patriot Rovers, among others. In 2012, ma Cares donated school supplies, clothing, toys, and more to homeless children, helped 10 families furnish their homes, helped place animals in loving homes, donated more than 4,000 packs of supplies to troops overseas, and sponsored nine service dogs for placement with veterans.
