US Gaming Survey recently announced they will be attending the The Global iGaming Summit and Expo (GIGSE) in San Francisco April 23rd through 25th led by their CEO Jim Quigley, who will be moderating a popular panel discussion.
Quigley will lend his 15 years of online gaming experience and unique perspective dedicated to the iGaming industry to GIGSE. Joining him on the panel will be an impressive group of gaming executives from around the globe. Fred Buro, CMO, MTR Gaming Group; Wendell Long, CEO, Casino del Sol; Jack Hakim, CEO, EC Wise Inc. and John Connelly, the Vice President of Business Development at Bally Technologies will discuss different product and marketing approaches taking customers through a seamless journey from land-based gaming to the online sphere.
The very timely discussion “Building Loyalty Across Land-Based and Online Operations” will take place on Tuesday, April 22nd. The focus will be on tracking player behavior utilizing existing player loyalty clubs and CRM systems. The challenge for gaming companies will be to create both a new and potentially single view of the player through internal organizations.
"I am looking forward to seeing what some of the top minds in the business feel they can do to enhance the player experience now that the U.S. is finally & rightfully getting into the online game," commented Quigley. "I am sure we will have a spirited, valuable discussion benefiting all who attend."
