Middleton, MA (PRWEB) April 1, 2009

Roman Rivero, the hip designer from the Style Channel, is teaming up with Middleton-based Classic Clothing, Inc. to produce a line of clothing geared towards young professionals. Classic Clothing, a small clothing retail chain offering affordable designer fashions, will sell Rivero's line in its 10 stores.

"Getting Roman to work with us is a coup for our small company. He will help us reach the 20-something's, who are looking for modern yet comfortable fashion that takes them from the office to the clubs," says Stella Meyers, vice president, Marketing, Classic Clothing. "Roman appeals to this group and is known for his ability to create high fashion for those on a budget."

A late 20-something himself, Rivero is an up-and-coming designer who hosts the Thrifty Threads show on the cable-based Style Channel. A homecoming of sorts, Rivero is originally from the greater Middleton-area and has been a frequent Classic Clothing customer.

"Over the years, office attire has become much more casual, but that shouldn't mean frumpy. To make a great impression, young professionals need to look sophisticated in this business casual era without blowing their budget," said Rivero. "My new Classic Clothing line will cater to their tastes and needs."

"The Northeast has a high concentration of adults in their twenties. Reaching this niche will create growth opportunities for Classic Clothing. Roman's designs are part of that strategy," added Meyers.

Rivero is designing a women and men's line of clothing exclusively for Classic Clothing, taking into account the tastes of the 20-something set. The first pieces will be available in time for the holidays with prices ranging from $30-$200. The collection is characterized by a mixture of subtle sophistication, rich colors and interesting textures.

Rivero's designs will complement Classic Clothing Founder Ryan Garcia's designs that are modern with a touch of simple elegance. Classic Clothing features Garcia's clothing but sells a variety of other brands as well. In addition to these classically modern designs, the company is known for offering high-quality fashions that are affordable to average families. Classic Clothing carries apparel for men, women, teens, tweens, and children.
