Phoenix, Arizona (PRWEB) May 6, 2009
Chas Roberts recently awarded Phoenix software engineer and Chas Roberts customer Mohammed Naumen with a $2,500 check at a ceremony at company headquarters in Phoenix. Naumen was chosen from hundreds of customers who completed the Arizona air conditioning and heating company's online customer survey.
Naumen completed the survey after receiving service on his air conditioning unit for a suspicious loud noise. "I took the survey because I was very happy with the service I received from Chas Roberts," said Naumen. "I was not even thinking I would win the prize." Naumen went on to say that he would definitely use Chas Roberts for his air conditioning and heating needs in the future. "The technician took the time to explain the problem in detail," said Naumen. "I will tell others about the positive customer experience I had." Naumen plans to use some of the money to help former neighbors in India with fixing up their living space, to include building two indoor rooms.
Overall, customer's responses to the survey were positive across the board. Nearly 80 percent of respondents were satisfied with the products and service they received from Chas Roberts. 81 percent rated the technician's knowledge as excellent or very good and close to 80 percent indicated they would use the contractor's air conditioner installation and service again in the future.
"We were thrilled by the results of the survey," says CEO Roberta Roberts Shank. "When my father started this company in 1942, he put his name on every unit - something we still do today. We have great pride in the high-quality products and knowledgeable service that we provide to Arizona homeowners."
