The company experienced a 13% growth in overall revenue compared to the same quarter last year. In light of the current economic conditions, including decreasing IT budgets, Tidal's solid revenue growth dramatically stands out. The company expects strong continued growth in the next quarter and coming fiscal year. The company continued to be profitable.

Many existing customers also expanded their use of Tidal solutions. Among these were NYSE, ING Direct, Neuberger Berman, REI, Delta Dental of California, and others. Existing customers are extending their Tidal job scheduling automation solutions to support additional applications and systems, and further extending their Tidal based automation by adding application management solutions, as well as IT process automation solutions.
