IntertechPira announces the agenda for the third annual Cleaning Products 2009: Forever Green? conference, which focuses on green cleaning consumer trends; market drivers behind green innovations in the cleaning industry; US and global regulations on chemicals, green marketing standards and oversight; and sustainable technologies. The conference will take place from Monday, November 2 through Wednesday, November 4, 2009 at the Hilton Alexandria Old Town in Alexandria, Virginia.
"This year's conference will take the cleaning product industry's pulse on sustainability and offer a candid dialogue on what 'green' really means," said Brian Sansoni, Vice President of Communication and Membership at The Soap and Detergent Association and the conference chair.
"We are pleased to be working with IntertechPira again this year on Cleaning Products 2009. We've broadened the program across different sectors of the cleaning products industry, including the household, I&I, and commercial arenas. Plus, the conference will offer excellent opportunities to network with others in the industry."
Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from representatives of the leaders in the industry, including Clorox Green Works, the EPA's Design for the Environment Program, Green Seal, SDA and Staples. Other organizations presenting are Adco, AkzoNobel, Clean Production Action, Givaudan, The "Green" Hotels Association, The Healthy Schools Campaign, Itaconix, J.
