Cerasis, Inc, a 3PL company and freight technology provider, founded in 1997, announces they are exhibiting at the three day Eastec 2013 advanced manufacturing tradeshow in West Springfield, MA starting May 13th thru May 15th. The tradeshow is put on by the Society of Manufacturing Engineers. Manufacturers exhibit at Eastec to showcase emerging technologies and to network with both manufacturers and service providers.
Cerasis decided to attend Eastec this year as the tradeshow attendees and exhibitors in the advanced manufacturing space align with the cutting edge and innovative freight technology offerings Cerasis provides to current customers. There will be 5 total rooms at Eastec this year, featuring well over 600 different kinds of companies consisting of such verticals of Design, Engineering & Rapid Technologies, Tooling, Workholding & Machining Accessories. Additionally, the show is much more than showing off great companies and their products and services, there are several educational opportunities as well to include special events, an Additive Manufacturing resource center, keynote speakers, and a cool student event on Thursday, May 16th. The EASTEC Dream It Do It Manufacturing Student Challenge event is a one-of-a-kind opportunity for students, educators, school administrators and guidance counselors to see first-hand the cutting-edge technology displays at the show while reinforcing the importance of increased STEM education in schools.
