Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. (Konica Minolta), a leading provider of advanced imaging and networking technologies for the desktop to the print shop, today announces the availability of the Notable Solutions, Inc. (NSi) AutoStore document capture and workflow platform for bizhub® Multifunctional Products (MFPs – print, copy, fax, and scan all in one system). Certified through Konica Minolta’s bizhub Extended Solution Technology (bEST) Program, NSi AutoStore gives customers the ability to scan and route documents directly from the control panel of their bizhub MFPs, thereby enhancing overall workflow efficiency throughout the organization.

Konica Minolta will offer NSi AutoStore, a server-based application that orchestrates the capture, processing and secure delivery of paper and electronic documents to its customers in two versions. NSi AutoStore Express is targeted at small offices or departments wanting to create searchable scanned documents which are stored on a local network folder or Microsoft SharePoint. NSi AutoStore Workflow provides all the capabilities of NSi AutoStore Express, plus the ability for organizations to deliver searchable scanned documents to line of business applications including Microsoft SharePoint, Docuware, IBM Content Manager, and other ERP systems.
