While the user talks to a prospect, the system will leave voicemails for the user, and will connect the user to live prospects when the original call is completed.
CitaLink LiveCaller™ also features a call display feature. This feature keeps track of calls and the results stemming from them. The user can then view and print these campaign results to get an idea of the effectiveness of the campaign.
