nFusion, a leader in digital-centric marketing, today announced the Community Involvement Program, a company-wide initiative that empowers employees to give back to the community by contributing their time and talents to charities. Local charities will benefit from what companies have relied on for over eight years: leveraging nFusion's vast experience in digital and interactive marketing to deliver sound marketing strategy and communication programs.

Companies traditionally focus on providing financial contributions, which can limit the number of charities they support, as well as limiting opportunities for direct employee involvement in those efforts. While financial support is important, leveraging the company's expertise opens new doors to supporting more charities, and in new ways.

The Community Involvement Program enables nFusion employees to contribute to causes in which they deeply believe. Each employee can bill to nFusion four hours per year and use those hours toward supporting his or her particular cause or charity. Employees with nFusion are already involved in many charities across the Greater Austin area, focused on the environment, healthcare, education and animal rescue.

At a corporate level, nFusion already is involved with charity organizations including The First Tee of Greater Austin and the Hill Country Ride for AIDS. Through the Community Involvement Program, nFusion will be able to expand its philanthropic support and outreach to other charities and a wider audience.
