STARK TRAINING, a leader in meeting the training needs of elite athletes, recently worked with Brendan Steele to improve his overall strength and develop a nutritional plan that would make him successful for the 2013 PGA Tour. Steele turned Pro in 2005, but did not land a spot on the coveted PGA Tour until a crucial win at the final event in the 2010 season. A first place win at an event in 2011 guaranteed him a spot on the tour through 2013.
Looking to lengthen his career by improving his strength and health he turned to STARK, which has a strong reputation for helping athletes obtain these goals. At STARK he worked with Brad Davidson a world-renowned strength and conditioning coach.

STARK identified several aspects of Steele’s body that needed improvement, which were resolved through adjusting and strengthening. Davidson created a regimen for Steele, which led to a better swing. Steele and his swing coach believe it is the best it has been since his career started and he’s looking forward to the 2013 PGA Tour.
