Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. is pleased to announce that attorneys Nikolas S. Komyati and Matthew Wolper have been elected members of the firm, and Ronald J. Campione has been elected Counsel.
Nikolas S. Komyati has built a diverse practice which includes securities litigation, commercial litigation, arbitration, corporate and business law, and creditors’ rights and bankruptcy. In his securities practice, Nik represents investment banks, broker-dealers and hedge funds in a variety of complex financial and commercial matters. His experience includes litigating matters arising from PIPE transactions and other financing arrangements, as well as numerous investment vehicles including structured products and derivatives.

In his litigation/arbitration practice, Nik has provided counsel to insurers, products liability defendants and contractors in a wide range of commercial disputes. He has also handled contractual employment disputes, defending sexual harassment and wrongful termination claims in both court and in FINRA proceedings.

Nik is admitted in both New York and New Jersey. He earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was a member of the Seton Hall Law Review. He received his B.A. from the University of Delaware.
Matthew Wolper is a member of the firm’s litigation department, where he focuses his practice on securities, commercial and employment litigation matters. He frequently represents clients in federal and state courts, before multi-district litigation panels, regulatory organizations, and before arbitration panels of FINRA and the American Arbitration Association.

Matt has extensive experience representing financial institutions, broker-dealers and investment advisers in complex litigation and arbitration matters involving non-traditional investment strategies, such as structured products, hedge funds, multi-tranche offerings, margin and options strategies, and cross-currency investments/borrowing.

Matt is admitted in Florida. He received his J.D., summa cum laude, from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University, where he was a senior staff member of the Nova Law Reivew. He earned his B.A. from Florida State University.
Ronald J. Campione has established his litigation practice representing clients in commercial and business disputes, and in matters involving franchise law, consumer law and military law. He has experience handling trial and appellate civil matters in Federal and State courts.

Ron also serves as a judge advocate in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve. He is currently serving with the 6th Communication Battalion based in Brooklyn, NY. He is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey and the District of Columbia. He earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and his B.A. from Ramapo College.
