A PS Maturity Benchmark Report published this month by SPI Research benchmarked more than 200 services firms and found that the top 10 percent performers all utilize a dedicated PSA application and report greater levels of integration between CRM and PSA. As a result they report 230 additional billable hours per employee per year, which can amount to over $50,000 annually of additional revenue per consultant. They also report overall profitability levels 84 per cent higher than firms without integrated CRM and PSA.
