Success in real estate investing improves as investors use the 3 keys to creating value.

Oak Park, Illinois (PRWEB) April 02, 2013

Spring has finally arrived and brought Major League Baseball with it just as March Madness is racing towards its NCAA National Championship. Yet, no spring season is complete without recognizing the re-emergence of real estate investors and rehabbers. In colder climates where real estate investment and rehabbing slows down substantially as the snow piles up, the spring season is akin to the starting lining at the Chicago Marathon. Warmer weather nicely coincides with an increased number of hours of daylight, better working conditions for those hard at work inside of vacant homes with no heating systems, and a lot more real estate activity in general.

Over the past twelve months, due to the thawing of the banking market as well as the regular Wall Street barrage of commentary about single family homes being a great real estate investment tool for hedge funds, real estate investing is hot again and many old and new players alike are coming out to play in the investing sandbox.

Tuesday evening, Michael Hobbs, SRA, LEED GA, RAA, of PahRoo Appraisal & Consultancy, joins Top Producer, Erica Cuneen, Managing Broker of Beyond Properties Realty, to discuss the 3 keys to opening the door of successful real estate investment. Hobbs will address the important differences between cost and value, why a good looking property may not be as good as a bad looking property, and taking little steps to insure big success.

The meetup is April 2, 2013 at 6pm Dole Library in Oak Park for her Real Estate Investors and guests to focus on Successful Real Estate Investing. Dole Library is located at 255 Augusta St, Oak Park, IL 60302.
