DALLAS, TEXAS (PRWEB) April 02, 2013

The Law Offices of W.T. Johnson has made a donation to the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas for the month of April.

The donation comes as part of the Dallas attorneys’ community impact strategy that began last fall. In order to help improve the quality of life for people in the Dallas area, the attorneys are making monthly targeted donations of money and online publicity to five community nonprofits.

In addition to the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas, The Law Offices of W.T. Johnson donates to Operation Kindness, the Cancer Support Community of North Texas, the Ronald McDonald House of Dallas and the Dallas Arboretum.

The Law Offices of W.T. Johnson chose to donate to the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas because the nonprofit’s goals aligned with the attorneys’ goals for the community. The United Way aims to prepare 60 percent of high school graduates to succeed in education after high school, move 250,000 individuals permanently out of poverty and improve the health and quality of life of residents throughout the Dallas area by 2020.

“We’re proud to be able to support an organization as worthy as the United Way,” said David Crowe, an attorney on the W.T. Johnson team. “Their United 2020 goals are ambitious, but I have little doubt that they’ll be able to meet those goals.”
