Early bird registration is now open for Delight 2013, a two-day experience design conference, taking place October 7-8, 2013 in Portland, Oregon as part of Design Week Portland. The event is organized for professionals and brands who care about making experiences people love.

Delight curates a unique lineup of keynote presentations, workshops and case studies, as well as peer networking opportunities with customer experience, digital, marketing, and business leaders. The 2013 event features speakers from Zipcar, Starbucks, Disney, MailChimp, Mayo Clinic, Esri, Nike+, Intuit and more.

The conference attracts a diverse range of attendees including Fortune 1,000 enterprises, startups, healthcare, agencies and B2B – all with the goal of creating business value by differentiating on customer experience.

The full conference ticket provides access to an all-day workshop on Oct. 7 followed by the main event on Oct. 8 featuring 14+ speakers and a wine reception. Workshop options include sessions on content strategy, digital strategy and healthcare experience design. A special ticket package for startups provides access to a half-day Design Thinking for Startups workshop and the main event.

The event will take place at the Portland Art Museum’s Kridel Ballroom. Located in Portland's cultural district in the heart of downtown, the Museum is an inspiring space that embodies the vibrant energy of the event.

Delight 2013 is aligned with Design Week Portland providing attendees and speakers the opportunity to attend dozens of additional design and creative events, studio tours and parties happening all week in Portland. While many events are free and open to the community, Delight attendees will need to register separately for any paid events as part of Design Week Portland.

Early bird registration for Delight 2013 is open until Aug. 7 and offers $200 off the full conference ticket in addition to discounts on the single day and startup packages. Attendees are encouraged to register early, as space is limited and previous events have sold out.
