The Development Shop (Development-Shop.com) announced on Saturday that the store is looking to expand its product base by seeking distributors in sporting goods, clothes, consumer electronics, furniture, computers and more.
The distributors will not be exclusive to the United States, owner DaVaughn Lucas stated. The website is looking to expand into Canada, the United Kingdom and other parts of Europe in the near future.
"The goal of the Development Shop is to become a global company, and having distribution in major nations is the key to that goal," says Lucas. "Today's consumer wants to be able to purchase a bit of everything on a website, so you have to be able to cater to their needs."
The store currently carries an extensive variety of brands for IT consumers including Adobe, Cisco, HP, IBM, Symantec and more. The items include servers, software licenses, routers, modems, IP phones, and various items used by individuals and companies for connecting in an office space and/or keeping protected from computer hacker attempts. The store offers custom installation, as well as on-site installation for its hardware and software solutions.
