Hammes Company is pleased to announce new leadership for its Real Estate Advisory Services (REAS) group. Ted Carson has been named National Director of REAS for Hammes Company, leading an experienced team that concentrates on the key needs of healthcare providers.

Mr. Carson has more than 15 years’ experience providing commercial real estate advisory services, working with clients in the healthcare sector as well as other industries. Past clients have ranged from providers like Sparrow Health System, St. Anthony’s Medical Center, Scottsdale Healthcare and Baptist Health System to corporate clients like IBM, Bank of America and Motorola. His significant work with non-healthcare clients complements his healthcare expertise, and has become increasingly valuable as hospitals continue to place greater emphasis on efficiency and cost-effectiveness, while pursuing ambulatory strategies and other emerging initiatives.
