Chicago, Illinois (PRWEB) January 18, 2013
Despite the myriad of types of real estate, income and value are consistently two of the most important factors. On Tuesday, Michael Hobbs, President of PahRoo Appraisal & Consultancy will discuss the residential and commercial real estate markets in Chicago and the Midwest as well as the importance of real estate appraisals in the early stage of market recovery.
Nearly all of the articles being published at the outset of 2013 point out that the real estate recovery is either gaining steam or well underway. Depending on the type of real estate, this is a partially true, completely true or enthusiastically true statement. Therefore, it is not surprising to see transaction volume increasing. Hobbs will discuss what is driving these trends and what to expect and not to expect in the coming year.
