With Only Ten Days Until the Nation Celebrates Inauguration Day, One Major Ball Has Announced Last Minute Ticket Availability

Due to recent Ticketmaster snafu over Inaugural Ball tickets, it was believed that many had been shut out from the festivities, but the Ambassadors Inaugural Ball has announced existing ticket availability for attendees looking to join other celebrators in the most exclusive area of D.C. on inauguration night.

We are aware of the frustration that many have endured as they’ve desperately attempted to procure event tickets for this amazing night, and we want to let them know that there is still an opportunity to be a part of history.

Washington, DC (PRWEB) January 11, 2013

The nation is buzzing as inauguration day 2013 quickly approaches, but many fear that they may have missed out on any opportunity of attending inauguration night events. Ticketmaster, contracted for online sales for the Inaugural Ball at the Washington Convention Center, saw their limited public tickets completely sell out within minutes. The other official ball, the Commander-In-Chief’s Ball (also held at the Washington Convention Center), is only open to select military service members; leaving Washington & military outsiders seemingly in the cold.

But, while tickets for events in the heart of the action have appeared to become sparse, it has been officially announced that the 2013 Ambassadors Inaugural Ball (at the Carnegie Library at Mt. Vernon Square) does indeed have tickets available. The Ambassadors Ball will offer up cuisine and live entertainment worthy of the who‘s who of humanitarians, diplomats & corporate executives that will be in attendance. “We are aware of the frustration that many have endured as they’ve desperately attempted to procure event tickets for this amazing night, and we want to let them know that there is still an opportunity to be a part of history,” said event Co-Chair and Host Committee member Dr. Neil Parsan, Ambassador to Trinidad and Tobago.

Presented by GrupoMEX, the Ambassadors Inaugural Ball is being held just steps away from the President’s official Inaugural Ball & Commander’s Ball. The Carnegie Library, with over 75,000 square feet of event space, sits adjacent to the Washington Convention Center. “Unlike many of the other balls that will be taking place on this evening, the Ambassadors Ball (which will bring together a diverse crowd of political and business luminaries from around the globe) is right in the middle of all of the night’s major activities,” added Ambassador Parsan.

At press time, the Ambassadors Ball “has a number of tickets still available to the general public,” but tickets are expected to be completely sold out in very short order. “We had experienced a great deal of activity in ticket sales before the Inaugural Ball sell out, but with those tickets gone, we’re receiving calls from all corners of the country to reserve tickets, so we do encourage would-be participants to log on to our site for ticket availability at their earliest opportunity.”
