Besides its patriotic name, Wet Republic boasts a massive lineup of celebrity DJs on 4th of July weekend in Vegas. Steve Aoki headlines on Independence Day, Tommy Trash performs on Friday, July 5, Tiesto spins on Saturday, July 6 and Deadmau5 will close the festivities on Sunday, July 7. On Fourth of July weekend, Las Vegas will be more star spangled than the American flag so don’t be surprised by several celebrity sightings.

UFC fans need to be in Las Vegas on 4th of July weekend. Not only is Fight Week 2013 Las Vegas the most anticipated UFC event of the year, but it will be held on one of the most exciting weekends in Sin City. On July 4, head to Fremont street to see Three Days Grace perform and then meet and greet real UFC fighters. On July 5, don’t miss the UFC expo at Mandalay Bay and the UFC party at Lagasse's inside The Palazzo. Of course the main event will take place on July 6 at the MGM Grand, as Anderson Silva defends the UFC middleweight title for a record 11th time from undefeated challenger Chris Weidman.
The Smith Center Las Vegas Fireworks
The Smith Center will host one of the best Las Vegas firework shows in 2013. The venue, which will host the LA Philharmonic along with the firework show, caters to a family friendly demographic, the ideal venue for children or couples. Tickets for the concert start at $25 and the LA Phianaomrinc will perform at 7:30pm. Or just come for the fireworks in Symphony Park at 9pm where tickets are just $10 for adults and $5 for children. Guests at “4th with the Phil” should prepare for a beautiful Independence Day celebration. Those looking for affordable shows in Las Vegas should head to the Smith Center.
