Garden City, NY (PRWEB) February 26, 2013
The group of professional women got expert tips about setting and achieving their 2013 goals and how to support one another’s efforts when they attended an interactive workshop presented by Life & Transitions Coaching Expert Monica Marie Kosiorek.
NAPW Tampa Local Chapter President Ginger Rockey-Honson kicked off the monthly meeting by warmly welcoming the attendees.
Each month, the Chapter networking events focus on helping the group of professional women move forward in achieving personal and business goals.
Members work together and act as an accountability team each month.
At every meeting, each member outlines three to four goals to be achieved and the group helps with suggestions as well as accountability to get the goal accomplished before the next meeting.
“This supportive accountability partnership provides the continual brainstorming professional women need to keep moving forward throughout the year and not allow goals to sit by the wayside,” said the Chapter President.
“We all need a supportive and nonjudgmental team to bounce ideas off of and keep us moving in the direction we need.“
The month’s guest speaker was a perfect fit for the Chapter’s ongoing theme of following through on one’s passion and supporting each other through the process.
“Meeting attendees learned from Life & Transitions Coaching Expert Monica Marie Kosiorek as this incredibly powerful guest speaker delivered an interactive workshop on goal setting and achieving,” said Chapter President Ginger.
The Chapter President also shared with the newest Chapter members some of the tools the Chapter uses, such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, to reach out and connect with members.
Before she adjourned the meeting, Ginger thanked all for attending and reminded everyone there will be four meeting locations to meet the needs of members throughout the Tampa area and the patterns of Tampa Networkers.
“I am delighted with this new group location in Lutz, it is an impressive powerful group of women on a mission to succeed and get things done.” said Ginger.
Members who attended the meeting included: Ginger Rockey-Johnson, Julie Pressnell, Anne Pollack, and Kerry Mitchell.
